• Just Pay Half Pittsburgh facilitates the promotion and sale of Vouchers but is not the provider of the Merchant's goods or services.
• The Merchant identified on the Voucher is solely responsible for redeeming the Voucher and providing the associated goods or services.
• Your use of a Voucher is subject to any additional terms, conditions, restrictions, or expiration rules stated on the Voucher or in the offer description at the time of purchase.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by applicable law.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers are generally not replaceable. Please contact customer service for assistance; decisions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of Vouchers is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the Voucher and refusal of service.

By purchasing a Voucher, you agree that Just Pay Half Pittsburgh is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, products, or services of any Merchant, including any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising out of or relating to the redemption or use (or inability to use) a Voucher or the underlying goods or services.

Content Management and Site Availability

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Time Limits
