For some reason when I use my justpayhalf coupon it had a different person's name on it luckily we were able to rectify the situation I don't know how that could happen it's never happened before but it was registered to someone named Christopher with my voucher that I printed it off. The hotel was great I hope they offer a coupon again we will buy one
