Katalin is an internationally trained, Board Certified Licensed Medical Aesthetician (LMA) and Holistic Health Practitioner. She is  internationally recognized and also works as a color therapist, a certified iridologist, specialist in clinical reflexology and holistic nutrition.

Katalin is proud to be Certified Transitions Lifestyle and wellness coach, helping people understand and implement low glycamic eating habits, supported by herbs, vitamins and customized or genetically tested (Gene SNP) supplements, as well as teaching the importance of regular exercise. A therapist and a teacher, Katalin is dedicated and committed to helping people understand integrative medicine and wellness to live a brilliant lifestyle.

Method Aesthetics & Wellness improves the lives of its clientele by providing the highest quality, industry leading, non-invasive aesthetics and wellness services available. Our aesthetics services include facial treatments, fat and cellulite elimination and reduction, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing. Our wellness services include massage, perception reframing, bio-feedback, nutritional and weight management counseling.

We educate and inspire our clientele to live optimally, looking and feeling their very best, by determining customized, holistic treatment plans with each of our clients to achieve the aesthetics and wellness goals they have set.

BEHIND THE BRAND:

Our practice was re-named from “Aesthetics & Wellness”; a fitting title for the types of services we offer, but a name that we found was not all that inspiring. We renamed our practice to “Method Aesthetics & Wellness” as part of a complete re-branding process.

The word “method” was chosen, because it conveys to the viewer that there is significance to every step of our processes and procedures for the treatments we provide, which are customized for each client’s individual outcomes. The symbology of the butterfly koi is closely associated with that of water; the bringer of life and abundance, and one that, in Chinese medicine and feng shui, is often associated with “absorbing negative energy” from its environment; thereby improving the environment and life of those in its proximity.

Observation of fish in aquariums has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower heart rate. For that reason, the Method office was designed around a 100 gallon aquarium that takes center stage in its reception and waiting area.

We consider the time each client is waiting and observing the aquarium to be the first phase of any treatment.
